Supply Chain Analyst (Multiple Positions), Becton Dickinson and Company, Zelienople, PA. Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data from source systems. Create and maintain scenarios developed with these models in support of ongoing business decisions. Support Material Department with purchasing parameters updates and data analysis. Work with Finance on Inventory Projections, Excess and Obsolete related activities, and Material Cost Review file. Create and maintain key performance metrics for supplier performance, inventory health, DIOH, and PPV. Plan and implement supply chain and logistics optimization projects as needed to address ongoing business needs. Convert business requirements and questions from business team members into concrete plans for supply chain and logistics analysis. Streamlining and improving all aspects of logistics modeling and analysis.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $90,176.50 - $103,300.00/yr. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in International Business, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.

Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:

• Developing, managing, and maintaining supply chain models in ERP System;
• Conducting analysis by collecting, validating the required data, performing analysis by demonstrating existing optimization models, or creating new ones and presenting the analyzed results to the key business partners;
• Working collaborative with internal teams on inventory projections, excess and obsolete activities, and material cost review files;
• Providing supply chain management using IBP tool platform;
• Running reports and analysis using ERP Systems as MFG PRO, JDE, and Kinaxis; and
• Understanding products flow through the supply chain network from supplier to production to completed FG Item and order fulfillment.
