Sun Energy Services LLC d/b/a Deep Well Services' Zelienople, PA office, seeks a Service Supervisor to supervise the general maintenance of the operational, fleet, and associated equipment. Specific duties include,but are not limited to: (i) performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on hydraulic completion units, diesel engines, hydraulic components, and heavy truck and trailers; (ii) mentoring mechanic team and trainee employees; (iii) allocating maintenance staff resources; (iv) troubleshooting and diagnosing machinery and equipment repairs in the shop or field location; and (v) aiding in development of preventative maintenance programs. 

Must have ten (10) years of experience in a related position. Must also have experience and/or knowledge of: (i) conducting in depth testing and repair of highly specialized oilfield equipment such as hydraulic systems/components; electrical components; reading, understanding, and breaking down hydraulic and electrical schematics used in the oil and gas industries; (ii) inspecting and testing critical safety systems and fail safes to insure everything is performing correctly, including air and hydraulic brake systems, hydraulic components, and warning systems; (iii) working with engineers to design and implement changes to electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems; (iv) running complete in-depth function tests on oil field equipment, and troubleshooting and repairing as necessary for proper operation; (v) utilizing scanning software, analyzing engine components, as well as transmission and other components; (vi) analyzing oil sampling results and coordinating necessary repairs on components; (vii) analyzing monitoring pressure gauges and operational parameters; (viii) carrying out recertification procedures: load test, pressure tests, and pull test all components for recertification; and (ix) asset labeling and inventory controls.

Experience can be concurrent.

Must also have a valid driver's license and meet minimum driving requirements for company insurance purposes.

Must be able to work weekends and evenings as well as travel to various customer offices and worksites. Certain circumstances require travel abroad up to 25% of the time.

Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
