DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: What You'll Get to Do The Production Associate is focused on assembling and sealing all joinery on metal parts to window sashes, vents, and frames and reports to the Department Supervisor.
This role is perfect for an individual who has good communication skills, follow instructions well, and has good attention to detail. A vital member of Production, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include: * Follow sealing instructions * Assembles parts according to specified pattern and sequence * Assembles additional parts as required (hardware, adaptors, and grids) * Inspect all joints that are sealed
What We Are Looking For * High School Diploma/GED * Ability to read a tape measure * Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
