Job Title: Pressing Machine Operator
Job Description
As a pressing machine operator, you will be a crucial part of the Production/Pressing Department, responsible for loading and unloading molds into the press machines, entering data for brick production, and moving carts full of bricks for stacking. Your role will also include troubleshooting basic machine issues and maintaining cleanliness of your station. The first 90 days will include hands-on training alongside an experienced operator to ensure full understanding of the processes.

Work Environment
Candidates will work in teams of 3-4, covering two press machines. Shifts are available across various hours, including first, second, and third shifts, with some weekend options. The environment can reach up to 110 degrees in summer and varies in cleanliness. The position offers a starting pay of $24.56 per hour with potential to increase to $30/hr by the end of year two through skill tests and performance raises. Uniforms are provided, but personal long pants and t-shirts are acceptable.
