Job Title: Operations Manager
We're looking to add an Operations Manager to our team at our national printing company, we create labels across various industries. The Operations Manager is responsible for overall site production operations and creating a work environment that promotes safety, quality, training/development and cost-control. This role effectively develops teams to achieve corporate improvement objectives and is accountable for all aspects of plant production performance. The Operations Manager will hold direct responsibility for managing cost by effective management of labor, overtime, and expenditures. The right candidate will primarily work day shift with flexibility to work cross-over shifts to 2nd and 3rd. An ideal candidate will be results driven, organized, and a people-person!
Hard Skills
Previous Manufacturing/Production Leadership experience
Experience analyzing and creating reports
Experience holding staffing meetings and maintaining efficient schedules
Printing industry experinece is preferred
Soft Skills
Presence on the manufacturing floor - interactive with their team
Ability to manage through others
Holds a high level of personal accountability
Coaches and mentors team members
