Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operators for our Slitting and Coating Departments. The selected candidates will be integral to our process which consists of three main steps: mixing of ingredients to make the adhesive, coating given material with the adhesive, and slitting the material where it is cut to customer specs. Candidates need to be open to being involved with all three parts of the process. The roles involve using a small hand truck to maneuver barrels, calibrating machinery to the given material, and cutting material to customer specifications.

Work Environment

Our work environment is very clean and well-lit, with a team-oriented focus. The pace is steady but not overly fast, with a lot of communication and team work occurring. The facility does have a variety of different smells due to the adhesive being manufactured, which can be strong in some areas. Candidates need to consider this aspect of the work environment.
