Summary: The primary function of a Machine Operator Packaging position is to set-up, monitor and adjust packaging equipment to bag and/or box finished products and ensure all food safety and quality protocols are followed.. Maintain proper weights, quality requirements and equipment checks/tests. A Machine Operator Packaging position is required to assist set up in the tear down and assembly of bagger scales/conveyors.

The primary function of a Machine Operator Processing position is to operate the machine in a safe, efficient manner to ensure all product specifications are met.

Work Environment

The work environment adheres to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. This includes mandatory use of hair and beard nets along with other practices to ensure food safety and quality. The role involves standard 8-hour shifts and every other weekend schedules. Training is initially provided on the 1st shift, but we can accommodate training schedules for those needing to start their assigned shift immediately.
