Certified Community Pharmacy Technician II - Quality and P4V Programs
Location: WellSpan Health, York, PA
Schedule: Part Time

Hybrid position 50% onsite
Must be Certified and have at least two years of experience
General Summary
Works in conjunction with Quality and P4V Programs
Essential Functions:
Generating weekly reports
Review prescription data
EMR Documentation
Patient Outreach
Communication and collaboration with providers
Collaboration with payor partners
Common Expectations:
Demonstrates a commitment to patient, visitor and staff by: complying with all applicable safety regulations; learning the impact of medical errors and methodology that will lead to reduction of errors; reporting actual and potential errors, as well as hazardous conditions; identifying opportunities to standardize processes and "error proof" systems that will lead to increased safety; and participating in safety education programs and root cause analyses as required.
Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.
Logs all drugs delivered to pharmacy.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
Work Experience:
- 2 years Pharmacy experience. Required
Licenses:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- Pharmacy Technician Program. Upon Hire Required
