The Project Associate position at Montefiore Medical Group is a dynamic role central to the organization's operational excellence and project management initiatives. You will also contribute to stakeholder communication, facilitating meetings, and ensuring project milestones are met within established budgets and timelines. Responsible for maintaining an accurate and comprehensive onboarding process working with recruitment, management, onboarding, credentialing, and other related departments, in coordination with the provider to ensure a smooth Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) onboarding and orientation experience. Works as the primary contact with the provider from the time an employment offer is made and accepted, through their start date. Liaison with the onboarding and credential functions to ensure that the provider is on target for completion of all processes and cleared to start work on agreed upon date. Partner with the site administrators to ensure that the tasks on the New Provider Orientation Checklist are completed. 2 years of related work experience required.

Requirements: 2 years of healthcare experience preferred. Must be extremely well organized with strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail. Must be able to develop tracking systems to keep organized and follow up on items. Ability to adhere to deadlines and multi-taking is important. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills required.
