Product Evaluation Analyst- Pharmaceutical-

Registered Nurse

Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ (Onsite two days a week)

Duration: Contract- 12 months Job Description: As a Product Evaluation Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our pre-pipeline product assessment process. Your responsibilities will include screening and prioritizing incoming product ideas, analyzing sales data, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and assisting in business case development and valuation. You'll dedicate approximately half of your time evaluating opportunities for the Generic Business Unit (BU) and the remainder evaluating opportunities for the Sterile Injectable BU. Additionally, you'll execute ongoing and ad-hoc projects while providing interdepartmental support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and prioritize potential opportunities by collecting and analyzing market data

  • Obtain understanding of drug product indications and clinical use cases

  • Track and interpret competitor activity

  • Assist in primary and secondary market research material development

  • Utilize insights to size opportunities and model market potential

  • Document analytical and qualitative findings

  • Request input from various functional areas and monitor feedback status

  • Report progress of product evaluation process

  • Maintain work instructions and complete ad-hoc requests as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.

  • Registered Nurse with 5 years of experience working in a hospital in patient setting or 3 years pharmaceutical experience.

  • RN from OR, Anesthesia, ICU, Critical Care

  • 2+ years of analytical experience required, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience in a Sales/Marketing commercially aligned group preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical processes a plus
