Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a Hygiene Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top-tier hygiene professionals for various roles within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract skilled candidates who meet the specific hygiene requirements for our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hygiene standards, recruitment strategies, and an ability to build lasting relationships with candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

  • Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for hygiene-related roles.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hygiene professionals for both immediate and future hiring needs.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific hygiene requirements for each role.

  • Provide regular updates on the recruitment process, highlighting key candidates and timelines.

  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and clear communication.

  • Conduct follow-ups with candidates’ post-interview to maintain engagement and interest.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in hygiene recruitment.

  • Track and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and adjust accordingly.

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

    Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in hygiene, health & safety, or related industries. DSO experience a plus

  • Strong understanding of hygiene standards, regulations, and certifications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to assess and prioritize candidates effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Previous experience in recruiting for hygiene, sanitation, or related fields.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams.

The employee may need to travel to healthcare practices.
