Enrollment Data Analyst III
The Enrollment Data Analyst III is responsible for business operations, including overseeing the automated daily and monthly enrollment file updates, member reconciliation process for the New York market and resolution of complex enrollment issues.
Location: Lake Success, NY; New York, NY; Iselin, NJ; Wallingford, CT (preferred). Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
How you will make an impact:
Provides process oversight of daily business operations to Enrollment Analysts as it relates to resolution enrollment processes of assigned markets.
Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Enrollment Operations in assigned market(s).
Monitors market-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) per contractual requirements, escalating issues to management as needed.
Interfaces with state agencies, Health Plans, and various internal departments as needed to investigate and resolve complex enrollment issues.
Participates in market meetings and audits as needed to provide market specific details regarding enrollment load and reconciliation processing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires an AA/AS in Information Systems, Health Care Management or Business or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role including a minimum of 1 year as an enrollment analyst; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Understanding of D-SNP’s, specifically Medicaid Advantage Plus strongly preferred.
New York State Medicaid program knowledge preferred.
Managed long-term care (MLTC) system experience preferred.
ePACES experience preferred.
HCS health data reporting experience preferred.
Data analysis software experience such as Tableau or Power BI preferred; basic data analytic skills.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the hourly wage* range for this specific position is $22.83 to $35.74
