Utilities Service, LLC Oracle EPM Specialist in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania

Description

The Oracle EPM Specialist at Asplundh Tree Experts will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications to support the Finance Department. This position focuses on financial planning, reporting, and data integration to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Application Development & Maintenance:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Oracle EPM modules such as Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).

  • Configure business rules, calculations, and data integration processes using Oracle utilities.

  • Financial Planning & Reporting:

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting processes.

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards for financial analysis using Oracle reporting tools.

  • Data Integration & Validation:

  • Ensure seamless integration of financial data from various systems into the EPM platform.

  • Validate data accuracy and integrity through reconciliation processes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle EPM functionalities.

  • System Optimization & Best Practices:

  • Identify opportunities for improving system performance and implementing best practices in EPM usage.

  • Perform application testing and support integrated releases and production deployments.

  • Prepare procedures and application documentation

  • Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with company standards in financial reporting.

  • Mitigate risks by developing robust system controls.

  • Perform other relevant jobs as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM applications (e.g., FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS).

  • Proficiency in data integration tools and SQL.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
