Annualized Salary Range: $92,838-$111,420
The Associate Vice President Quality Data Analyst is integral to advancing the agency’s mission by driving continuous quality improvement to elevate the diverse array of supports provided by People Inc. Through data analysis and trend identification this professional is proficient in interpreting data and conveying results to a varied audience, including internal and external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and proactively identify areas where data and automation can streamline operations. • Help define operational processes and performance indicators to ensure alignment with agency quality objectives/metrics. • Identify trends, emerging issues and engage relevant stakeholders.• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover actionable insights that can drive operational improvements. • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement plans and provide meaningful insights to support organizational decisions. • Assist in the planning, development, testing, and delivery of reports for routine and ad hoc requests, with a special focus on quality metrics.• Write SQL queries and create reports to provide data for business units, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.• Create standard operating procedures for recurring reports to ensure consistency and adherence to department standards.Work with IT to ensure automation solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned with agency goals. • Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Information Systems.• 10+ years of experience in analytics with report writing or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Preferred Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate • Strong analytical skills. • Proficient in SQL, Power BI, or equivalent reporting tools.• Advanced knowledge of databases, queries, sub-queries, and data extraction methodologies.• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.• Demonstrated proficiency in manipulating user-defined fields, calculations, and database schemas.• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for the supervision of the QI Data Analytics Report Writer
