We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide / Caregiver to join our team in the Williamsport Area. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and dedication to improving the quality of life for those under your care.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing mobility assistance, including helping clients move around their homes and transferring to and from beds or chairs.
• Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Performing light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 30lbs. 
• Previous experience in home care, hospice, or healthcare settings is a plus.
