Job Overview The Sr. Manager, Region Channel Sales is responsible for implementing solution-based sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities with strategic channel partners in the United States. This role involves leading channel efforts nationally with top-tier channel partners in assigned territories. The Sr. Manager will oversee strategic growth, business development, and relationship cultivation for their channel partners. Additionally, the Sr. Manager will lead a national team of Channel Account Executives, focusing on driving sales, offers, and new programs to increase productivity through solution selling with assigned channel partners into T-Mobile business customers. This role requires expertise in partner- and customer-first thinking, change and innovation, strategy development, account planning and management, as well as relationship building and influencing business leaders internally and externally. Besides sales, the Sr. Manager will also ensure operational excellence through reporting, sales planning, QBRs, goal setting, and team development. This position reports to the Director of Sales, Channel Partner Sales.

Job Responsibilities: Deliver sales and other financial results by implementing segment strategies designed to increase market share, new business and selling new products and services through and with our partner channel. Influence and motivate others, coach and develop foster teamwork, steps forward to address difficult issues, provide clear direction and change champion. Establish KPIs, scorecards and weekly readouts of each key account to ensure consistent sales growth. Communicate with sales leaders, executives and other internal and external stakeholders on performance, customer and partner experience requirements to grow the partner business. Cultivate relationships with existing and potential key partners to grow share and influence amongst each distributor and/or account.

Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) 7-10 years B2B Sales Experience Required 2-4 years People Management Experience Required 2-4 years Command of sales, business development, partnering and opportunity strategies required to drive exponential growth through partner channels. Required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Channel Sales Understanding of go-to market and compensation models as well as other partnership incentives, solutions and/or value propositions to drive compelling partnership and engagement strategies. (Required) Team Management Proven track record of building high functioning sales teams in a fast paced and aggressive growth environment. (Required) Communication Excellent communication skills. (Required) Business Analysis Analytical, planning and decision making. (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $163,900 - $295,600, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $114,730 - $206,920 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
