CVR New York Program Supervisor in White Plains, New York

We are seeking a Housing Supervisor to oversee the operations of the Housing Specialists and Clerks by reviewing and monitoring staff’s work performance. Ensure that the staff shows continuous progress in customer service relations with internal and external clients.Essential Duties:Work closely with staff and assist them by setting expectationsAssign caseload/work to staff for processingSet deadline timeframes for work completionGenerate reports to measure/chart employee’s work goals are metMake sure staff attends program trainingFollow-up after trainings to sure all staff show consistency in work performanceComplete weekly report to monitor work staff completesAssist staff with issues concerning caseload complicationsGenerate system reports SHCVS to assure work is being completeReview and sign Intent to Terminate to ensure information is correct prior to sending information to clientSign vouchers and execute contracts timely to assist clients in their moving processConduct moving papers briefings (when required)Conduct initial briefings (when required)Attend hearings required HCV Program Informal Hearing proceedings as requiredAssign and assure staff completes work timelyEnsure staff adheres to CVR personnel work policyCapable of recognizing staff’s deficiencies and take disciplinary action when warrantedHold weekly meetings with staff to discuss policy and procedure changes, issues, or concernsMeet with the Program Manager weekly to review/discuss changes or suggestions changes for the improvement to program operationDevelop internal operational procedures which are consistent with HCR Administrative Plan and HUD RegulationsProcess PAR and HCR Transmittal monthlyProcess portability files and follow up on PHA Billing requirements monthlyMonitor and update the waiting listMonitor special programs (VASH, FUP, NHTD)Perform HQs Inspections when requiredPerform initial and annual evaluations on staffSpecial Projects as assignedAll additional duties as assigned by supervisor__

Minimum Salary: 70,000 Maximum Salary: 70,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
