JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical and Radiology operations in day-to-day functions, including but not limited to, working with Operational team in dispute/deduction resolution within tight deadlines.

• Responsible for reconciliation activities in supporting daily operational analysis for

disputes and deduction related activities.

• Collaborate with colleagues in US Order to Cash, Contracts Administration, and Accenture operational platform.

• Assist on additional ad hoc projects and support where needed in operational platform

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor"s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ year of experience in Disputes and Chargeback Operations preferred.

• Outstanding attention to detail and adaptability to deliver world-class results across a complex network of partners, providers and stakeholders

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills are required

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Able to work in a collaborative team environment

• Knowledge of SAP and HighRadius preferred

• Knowledge of Vistex, MediLedger, and Model N for chargebacks preferred

• Experience in project management and implementation a plus but not required
