Job Title: Business Development Representative

Full Time

Monday-Friday

8am-5pm

$65,000-$75,000/yearly

In this dynamic role, you will connect with home health agencies and strategic hospitals, fostering relationships that will lead to exciting opportunities for our Business Development team.

What You'll Do:

· Lead Generation: Utilize your sales expertise to identify and qualify potential acquisition targets through consultative sales techniques, including cold calling and networking.

· Build Relationships: Engage with owners, administrators, and senior representatives, establishing rapport and trust as you vet and qualify leads.

· Coordinate Success: Set appointments for our Business Development Manager, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to meaningful conversations.

· Track Performance: Maintain detailed records of your outreach efforts in our CRM, helping us continuously refine our strategy and approach.

· Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments, from Sales to Business Development, to align our efforts and drive results.

Who You Are:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Experience: A minimum of three years in a customer-facing sales role, preferably with a background in business development and cold calling. Experience in home health or hospice is a plus.

· Skills:

o A quick learner with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

o Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality, capable of engaging even the toughest gatekeepers.

o High emotional intelligence, allowing you to build strong relationships at multiple levels.

o Strong analytical skills and a creative problem-solving mindset.

o Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM tools.
