NEFCU FULL-TIME MSR - Huntington Village in Westbury, New York
The Member Service Representative has the opportunity and the responsibility to "sell" the products and services and the image of the Credit Union to each member or prospective member encountered daily. The MSR must have a well-rounded knowledge of all policies and procedures and be capable of explaining or discussing these items in detail in an articulate manner. Due to the high visibility of the position, it is imperative that the MSR display a positive and professional attitude at all times, as well as maintain a businesslike appearance. Working as a team player, the Member Service Representative will assist his/her co-workers throughout the Credit Union in achieving total quality and contribute to a friendly and cooperative working environment that supports the NEFCU Rocks Philosophy. This individual should continually look to improve products and services as well as be willing to serve on cross-functional teams to meet our goals.
