Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: West Hazleton, PA

Pay Range: $19/hour

What's the Job?

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely and efficiently.

• Perform necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure high-quality production.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and related activities.

• Conduct regular quality checks on products being produced to meet established standards.

• Assist in the support of new Operators and collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

What's Needed?

• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to perform minor troubleshooting on machinery.

• Willingness to assist in mold, insert, and color changes as needed.

• Capability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters.
