Simpson is looking for a Move-in & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for the administrative activities of the Sales and Marketing team, including compiling sales reports, assisting in event planning, and organizing move-in paperwork. This position also supports the sales team in handling inquiries, scheduling tours, and providing excellent customer service to residents and prospects alike. Essential Duties Responsible for maintaining reports on a regular basis, including but not limited to inventory reports, waitlists, pending move in lists, occupancy reports, and weekly and monthly reports as assigned. Assist current residents and families needing to transition to another level of care. Be point of contact throughout the move process. Monitor and maintain all marketing collaterals to have ready for handout and mailing. Meet with scheduled move-ins to complete required move in documentation. Be point of contact for prospects moving into the community. Professionally manages all information relating to the prospective resident/inquiry: communication with administration, communication with direct supervision and accurate documentation of all contact. Assist with maintenance of sales database as assigned and set appointments for sales team. Interacts with other departments, assuring that apartments are properly prepared for move-in; keeps all pertinent parties apprised of move-in dates and possible adjustments. Copies, distributes, and files all paperwork as it relates to the move in process and ensure proper parties have paperwork needed to support move in process. Meet and greet visitors to ensure they feel welcomed and supported until the sales team can meet with them. Attends in-service training and educational sessions as required and assigned. Meet with the Director of Sales and Marketing concerning daily assignments, policies, procedures, and assigned projects. Assist with event functions both internally and externally to drive prospects to the community. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales and marketing updates and areas of opportunity to support. Assist with gathering content regularly for social media purposes. Work Environment: Retirement community providing service to senior adults in independent, assisted and skilled nursing community. The majority of the time Community is a 24/7 operation, which requires availability to meet with employees and managers on all three shifts. Education or Degree Required: Two years of sales and marketing experience in the senior industry or related experience. Licenses, Certifications, Registrations: Related Skills and Experience: Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate in person, in writing, and on the telephone effectively. Must be an effective presenter with both large and small groups. Skill in use of computer software including MS-Word and Excel.
