Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) is seeking a full-time Facilities and Administrative Coordinator to assist with maintaining efficient and smooth operations of the center.
Every day as a Facilities and Administrative Coordinator you will...
Provide administrative services for the assigned department
Plan, organize, and direct execution of special projects, events, and request
Communicate with internal and external teams related to special projects
Supervise and direct assigned department team
You will be offered:
Compenstaion: $52000-$59000 (dependent upon experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Daytime hours based on the need sof the program, on-call as needed

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives. A primary focus throughout the program is the philosophy of Program-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PW-PBIS), a program-wide system of care that promotes and rewards positive behaviors, and prevents negative behaviors, to create safe, supportive living environments. Each year, more than 1,000 children and adolescents receive specialized care, in the environment best suited to the unique challenges they face, all with the goal of providing each child with the academic, social, emotional and life skills needed to flourish in their home community

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
Experience: One year experience in facilities management required. Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
Valid driver's license must be maintained.
