A busy company in the West Caldwell area is seeking a Sr. Demand Planner to join their growing company. This Sr. Demand Planner will get the chance to join a team that is expanding and offers a flexible working schedule and the ability to grow professionally. The ideal Sr. Demand Planner will have both the demand planning and the S& OP experience, strong experience forecasting, and possess advanced Excel skills. This Sr. Demand Planner will report into the the Sr. Manager and work on a team of 5. Responsibilities of this Sr. Demand Planner will include but not be limited to:

• Reviewing/analyzing historical sales trends

• Preparing forecast data and developing statistical forecast models

• Coordinating internal departments to ensure efficiency

• Maintaining monthly demand and supply requirements

• Providing insight to potential supply/demand imbalances

• Assisting in monthly sales and operations planning meetings

• Contributing to execution of the new product development

• Issuing reports for S& OP planning cycles

This Sr. Demand Planner position pays between $95,000 and $120,000 annually depending on experience. If interested in this Sr. Demand Planner role apply today!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or relevant field a plus

• 5+ years of demand planning or relevant experience required

• Intermediate-Advanced Excel preferred

• Manufacturing background preferred

• Proven ability to manage and improve supply chain process

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team

• Excellent communication written & verbal

• Ability to multitask
