Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Clinical Manager in Wayne, Pennsylvania

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Pennsylvania Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Devereux's Community Adult Autism Partnership Program (CAAPP) is based in Wayne, PA and provides community-based programming for young adults diagnosed with Autism (21+ years) who have aged out of the educational system. Services are delivered across community, home and work environments to support individuals in becoming productive, socially-connected and personally fulfilled members of their local community.

In this role, our Clinical Manager would be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development and oversight of clinical programming

  • Providing behavior support services to individuals both through a direct caseload as well as consultation

  • Assisting in the tracking and monitoring of compliance with reporting requirements of funding sources

  • Annual compensation is $47,476 - $54,122 dependent upon education and experience

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Master’s degeree in Social Work, Psychology, Education or Applied Behavior Analysis required; applicable Pennsylvania license preferred. BCBA preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum six (6) months experience in Social Service preferred. Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel), experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task, to maximize efficiency. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to establish guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS: Minumum 21 years of age. Valid driver's license must be maintained.
