Job Title: Welder
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Welder with 3+ years of experience in Mig and Tig welding, and blueprint reading. The role involves welding on steel, aluminum, and some stainless materials, primarily focusing on metal racks and cabinets which may require awkward bends and welds. Responsibilities include operating grinders, reading blueprints and drawings, taking measurements to plan layout and procedures, determining the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements, and setting up components for welding according to specifications.

Work Environment
This position is based in a clean manufacturing plant, which is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Candidates must be willing to work swing shifts (7-3, 3-11), overtime, and some weekends. The environment is laid back with long-term employees.
