As Talent Program Manager, you are responsible for providing oversight of talent development programs, supporting the development, design, and implementation of talent management initiatives to build an internal bench of high-performing talent. This Position... Some examples of the work you might do includes: Supports the Director with annual talent management processes including succession planning, talent review, and performance management. Manages the onboarding process for new talent. Manages key talent development programs for key employee populations, such as early career, conversions from hourly to salary, senior leaders, etc. Develops and implements program communication and change management plans to support organizational, leadership, and talent programs. Administer program and talent surveys, analyze data, feedback loops and identify salient trends. Organizes, documents and improves talent management processes and resources on an ongoing basis. Manage learning and talent data and processes in our Human Capital Management software, UKG. Acts as liaison between business unit partners, corporate functions and employees to facilitate employee growth and career development. Applies appropriate project management techniques and tools in the execution of work. What You Need... Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of work experience in a related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of people management experience. 5+ years of experience in a talent management role preferred. Understanding of the construction, HVAC industry. Proficient in Google Suite. Proficient in UKG Talent Management and LMS Modules. PMP Certification. SHRM Certification. Work Environment: This position operates primarily in an office environment, and routinely utilizes standard office equipment, such as computers, hones, copiers, and filing cabinets. Physical Demands: In performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to talk, hear, perform repetitive motion, and possess an appropriate degree of both visual acuity and manual dexterity. This is considered a light work position, which means possible exertion of up to twenty (20) pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to ten (10) pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
