As part of our customer team/operations/group you'll cultivate a product innovation and excellence culture, leading your team to drive user engagement and adoption and map feedback to product enhancements. You will partner with key stakeholders and vendors to lead change and execute adoption of upgrades, implementations, process improvements and enhancements, always prioritizing regulatory and business requirements.Major Responsibilities:Bridges the intersection of customer operations, customer experience, IT and the vendors and systems that underpin our customer service strategy and execution.Drives and develops the digital and human-assisted channels strategy to optimize the internal and external customer experience.Leverages industry, marketplace research, and customer insights to assess digital experience trends and results to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences.Aligns the channel strategy with product and business objectives.Identifies customer and department needs.Develops and communicates the product vision and roadmap, manages and prioritizes a data-driven backlog, ensures solution completeness, and ensures proper implementation of agile ceremonies and practices.Directly and indirectly, via direct reports, oversees the development, production, and roll-out of customer enhancements and ensures initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and meet strategic goals.Drives/Develops partnerships with key stakeholders beyond the customer service and customer initiatives teams, including product owners, IT, sales, marketing, and other internal and external partners, to ensure all experiences meet the business' strategic goals.Builds, manages, motivates, and develops the performance of the Product Owner team to drive business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing products, services and processes.Oversee and support all Master Data Management activities.Other activities as directed.Position Specifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Project Management, or related fieldAt least five years of experience in product management, with 1+ year in CRM systems requiredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable with shifting priorities, timelines, and requirementsTeam-oriented.Ability to work effectively cross-company, cross-functionally, and cross-department.* The above job description is reflective of the primary duties of this position and in no way limits the supervisor from assigning any other duties, responsibilities or initiatives as deemed necessary.New Jersey Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
