One Family.Purpose StatementThe purpose of a Warehouse Group Leader is to coordinate the action of a group of associates that are responsible for shipping and receiving raw and finished goods, in compliance with the Rich's Manufacturing System.Key Accountabilities and OutcomesSafety - Provides a safe work environment for the groupBudget - Clearly understand and execute labor standards and run rates to optimize product costsFood Safety - Understand food safety and GMP policies at their sites and enforce those policiesProduct Quality - Understand product quality checks, that they are completed, and that product meets quality standardsSchedule Attainment - Coordinates people, processes, materials, and equipment to keep the line/area running. Identify interrupters that impact schedule attainmentLeadership - Use Rich's Great Drivers to drive results and engagement with a team of Production AssociatesRich Experience - Shows associates the connection between what they do and Rich's customersKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceHS Diploma degree or GED is required3 years of experience as a SupervisorAbility to lead, motivate,and train associatesMust have excellent computer skills and experience in extracting and analyzing data using information systems reporting tools such as Excel. Must be efficient with all Microsoft Office Products.Experience in using RF and SAP is a plusMust have good interpersonal, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation processes/procedures, and HACCPMust be skilledinanalyzingproblems, developing solutions, and can successfully implementsolutionsMust be fluent in English#LI- SS1COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
