A residential aide is responsible for the direct oversight of the shelter buildings and our guests. As a 24/7 facility, with three shifts, shift responsibilities alter slightly. Duties include distribution of premade meals, conducting screenings for potential guests, welcoming new guests, and overseeing the general well-being of the building and guests. Training is provided.
