Description

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Vineland, New Jersey. This role provides an opportunity to be part of the customer service function in the industry. The employment offers a long-term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries regarding orders, product shipments, and complaints.

• Ensure effective and long-term resolution of customer issues.

• Communicate courteously, politely, and professionally with customers on a daily basis.

• Regularly process reports for the management team for sales analysis.

• Enter and confirm customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain customer service standards by answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls.

• Exhibit proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Manage email correspondence effectively.

• Schedule appointments as required.

• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor customer accounts

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role

• Proven ability to effectively handle inbound calls

• Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred

• Demonstrated skill in providing high-quality customer service

• Proficiency in data entry tasks with attention to detail

• Strong ability to communicate and correspond effectively via email

• Experience in both inbound and outbound call handling

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Experience with order entry procedures

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
