JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Center for the Performing Arts is looking for an enthusiastic part-time ticket office assistant to work up to 24 hours a week. Hours are flexible, but availability must fall between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Some evening and weekend hours (typically between the hours of 6:00pm – 9:00pm) are also required, as well as availability when classes are not in session. This position will be assigned to our box office location at Eisenhower Auditorium.

Job Duties:

• Selling tickets

• Answering phones

• And other office duties as assigned

Requirements and qualifications:

• Reliability and attention to detail are essential.

• Requires excellent customer service skills.

• The ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.

• Must be available to work weekends.

• Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
