Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement of electronic components and products.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and trends.

  • Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.

  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely replenishment.

  • Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet purchasing requirements.

  • Assist in resolving any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the electronics industry.

  • analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
