Description
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in the non-profit sector based in Uniondale, New York. This role is crucial in handling the day-to-day operations of our HR department, which includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews as part of the recruitment process
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters
Requirements
1+ years HR experience
