CLEANER NEEDED! ($17HR)

Property Management company looking for Porters to join their team to renovate and maintain residential properties in Albany, Schenectady, and Troy NY

Pay: $17HR based on years of experience

Shift: 8a-4pm Monday - Friday

*MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Responsibilities :

Cleans common areas, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up large objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.

Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.

Uses bleach and other disinfectants to disinfect and sanitize rooms and restrooms.

Empties trashcans and replaces liners.

Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.

Work Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have a personal and reliable mode of transportation and an active driver’s license

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance

*Position is a fulltime role
