CVS Health Associate Account Manager in Trenton, New Jersey

Position Summary

The focus of this role will be working with a large Public Sector client and the internal organization to attend, lead, and manage Wellness Fairs, Open enrollment activities, work processes and reporting support. Collaborate productively with cross-functional business areas, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and accuracy. Expected to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies constituent-specific service issues, identifies solutions, and may lead resolution of issues working with other areas.

  • Support plan administration activities, including but not limited to installation, open-enrollment, plan set-up, eligibility, billing and drafting by working proactively with supporting business areas.

  • Attend weekly internal and external meetings.

  • Lead contact for Wellness Fairs – in person

  • Open enrollment meetings.

  • SPD management.

  • SBC management.

  • Monthly Commission reporting.

  • Back-up AM for LGITs.

  • Manage/update Matrix.

  • In person meeting with client as needed.

  • Support team on special projects.

  • Collaborates with Sales/Account Director/Account Manager/Leadership team to achieve growth/renewal objectives.

  • Update key dashboard performance metrics for each fund's Commission meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of client service experience.

  • 1-3 year project management experience.

  • 2-5 years of health insurance industry experience.

  • Knowledge of sales support, account management, client interaction, and operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft tools experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous presentation experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$50,188.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
