Civil Litigation Paralegal

Location: Toms River, NJ

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Civil Litigation Paralegal Job Duties:

• Assist in the handling of Property and Automobile subrogation claims

• Drafting of pleadings and motions

• Additional related work, as required

  Civil Litigation Paralegal Job Requirements:

• Experience in civil litigation

• Ability to speak with adverse attorneys and claims adjusters

• Possess strong organizational skills needed to maintain computerized diaries

• Prior experience drafting and filing

• Knowledge of insurance subrogation is a huge plus

• Experience working with MS Word, Case Management software, Adobe and Outlook

• Detailed orientated

• Strong verbal and writing skills
