The LPN is a technical caregiver who administers nursing care under the direct supervision of a registered professional nurse,

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Medication administration, group facilitation, vital signs and blood glucose monitoring, assisting with ADLs, documentation, and ensuring a safe milieu through safety rounds and 1:1 observation,

Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited program of Practical Nursing,

Licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse,

Maintains required Heart Saver CPR Certification/course completion status,

Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills,
