Responsibilities Serves as the project lead and is the technical authority on one or more complex SATCOM/communication systems. Provides technical guidance to the customer and TYAD management officials for new systems, which TYAD is responsible for the design, development, fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting. Reviews all PM requirements for technical guidance to ensure the PMs system requirements will be met. Performs engineering analysis to verify design concepts, system integrity, and safety. Makes sound administrative and technical decisions requiring an extensive background in various electronics fields. Project lead will travel to command and PM sites representing TYAD to describe TYADs capability to perform various design, analysis, and manufacturing tasks.
