We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Global Deliver Network Optimization! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, NJ; alternative locations may be considered in Zug, Switzerland; Beerse, Belgium; or Latina, Italy.

This position is critical in driving value through network and lane optimization, impacting cost savings and free cash flow. You will develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and performance while identifying optimization opportunities through advanced data analysis and benchmarking. Will also lead impact assessments, develop cases, and engage with business partners on global distribution strategies. As a subject matter expert, your insights will shape best-in-class policies and cultivate continuous improvement in our Deliver Network Strategy. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams on the supply chain improvements, mentor colleagues in network assessments, develop digital tools for network strategy assessments, and change management initiatives to improve supply chain capabilities and performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies distribution optimization opportunities, developing cases and managing execution, achieving measurable impact on results for the Deliver Network area including cost optimization and free cash flow.

  • Conducts advanced internal modelling and data analyses / external benchmarking in the competitive landscape to continually identify optimization opportunities in the global network.

  • Leads Deliver network impact assessments for the Network Supply Council (NSC) and develop Value Chain Management (VCM) recommendations for new products, technical transfers, and network changes

  • Applies extensive knowledge of the area to install best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the function, finding opportunities for continuous advancement on maturity of the Network Strategy capabilities

  • Provides leadership to colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes related to Network assessments and changes

  • Develops NW Strategy Assessment digital tools & processes, including a sustainable governance process

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Focus degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus

  • FPX SME, Green Belt or Black Belt Certification is preferred

Experience

Required

  • Extensive Supply Chain Experience : At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management in either operational and strategic roles in preferably 2 areas of SC : Make, Deliver, Plan, Value Chain

  • Demonstrate Strong Financial Competence and ability to develop business cases

  • Process Ownership: experience in managing SC processes, ensuring that the process is performed effectively, meets the desired outcomes, and aligns with the organization’s strategic goals

  • Complex Problem-Solving in Ambiguous Global Environments : Ability to navigate ambiguity and build clarity in global, complex, undefined supply chain problems. Strong problem-solving skills with and ability developing innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes

  • Digital & Analytics Proficiency : Confirmed experience in using advanced data modeling, analytics, and optimization tools to solve complex supply chain challenges and drive data-driven decision-making, strong familiarity with digital and analytics tools

  • Communication & Partner Influence : Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex network design strategies to senior leadership and influence partners across the organization

Other:

  • Proficiency in English language is required

  • This positon requires up to 10-20% regional and international travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

120,000.00 - 207,000.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
