Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

As part of the TIME Program, Manager Logistics – Expansion will support global standardization of ERP business processes and associated activities enabled by the ERP, and the related master data. The position will guide the system design for their module(s) while representing Pharma business and operating needs ensuring process/system standardization as appropriate.

To be efficient and effective it’s the expectation that the role takes a minimum of 3 (three) year commitment to lead the organization through the deployment of the change. In this they will work collaboratively with SMEs from the different segments across the JSC business., as well as Process and Technical Leads from the other pillars and dependent systems during the Design Phase. During the Build and Execution Phases they will support the Technical Team in Design issues/changes and manage the execution of Testing, Procedures, Training, Master Data Migration requirements etc.

During the deployment phase they will support the Change Management and Business Readiness activities to ensure flawless execution and minimal business interruption as well as providing Cutover and Hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Logistics business process mapping for supply chain growth, scenario planning, solution design, integration, and design consistency across the impacted functions.

  • Collaborate on strategies and Roadmaps for the design of global logistics.

  • Partner with global template team of Supply Chain experts in design, development, maintenance, and improvement of global business operations and integration points.

  • Support Logistics New Modalities and new growth with design methodology, templates, tools, controls, and cadence ;

  • Ensure planning and execution of business simulation and validation/readiness.

  • Solid experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization is required, preferably within a multi-sector.

  • An entrepreneurial mind-set, spirit with strong ability to navigate through ambiguity, and ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively to drive positive outcomes is required.

  • Practical experience designing, developing, implementing, a business process decomposition or blueprint preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get the desired result.

  • Work with all cross-functional contributing teams within Innovative Medicine, Commercial, R&D, and enabling functions to align on priorities, schedule, cost, and ensure successful execution of scope

  • Self‐starter mentality, with the ability to communicate complex and ambiguous ideas clearly and effectively

  • Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain pragmatic in addressing both large and small-scale issues.

  • The ability to remain resilient and optimistic when faced with diversity

Qualifications

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree and or equivalent degree required; Master's degree preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 6 years overall business experience is required, preferably with an emphasis on overall supply chain Distribution Processes, Technology and Strategy of large regional and/or global programs.

  • A minimum 3 years of people leader experience

  • TM/WM/GT processes experience

  • Project Management experience

  • SAP systems experience

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Innovative technologies around automated processes (e.g., Robotic Process Automation, Chatbots, Natural language voice recognition)

  • Serialization Track & Trace integration

  • Logistics processes is required, Global Deliver experience

  • Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare experience

  • Strong Understanding of Supply chain processes and management

Other:

  • Certifications in PMI / FPX

  • Green or Black Belt Certification

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, domestic and internationally

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 USD- $170,200 USD . The base salary range listed is based on a US pay scale and may be adjusted based on the successful candidate’s geographic location

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
