The Strategic Customer Group is responsible for the development and execution of strategies that ensure optimal access and reimbursement for the Johnson & Johnson portfolio. Customer types include health plans, health systems, hospital and physician group purchasing organizations, specialty pharmacy providers, pharmacy benefit managers, wholesalers, retailers, federal and state government health care providers and national and regional advocacy organizations. Responsibilities include:

-Develops regional and local market access strategies to remove barriers from product fulfillment leading to improved patient access.

-Works closely with VAP Market Access & Pricing Strategy team as well as PECS and Brand team to design specific solutions to address local market challenges. Focus on key markets and local coalition improvements.

-Works closely with the Account Management team & Field teams to create specific and actionable solutions. Understands the operational aspects of product at the treatment level and identifies how market access can decrease the burden for providers and patients.

-Understands and is able to elevate the role of market access solutions to enable quicker patient access once the prescribing decision is made. Heavy focus on execution of solutions for measurable outcomes & speed to impact.

-Able to navigate the matrix teams internally to own and drive local market solutions.

-Unique opportunity to bridge heavy account team work with operations and market access marketing.

Qualifications:

-Past experience with market access, account management, marketing & operations required

-10 years of marketing, market access, and relevant pharmaceutical experience, BS required, MBA preferred

-Neuroscience background a plus

-Demonstrated practical strategy execution with results and outcomes

-Leadership and ability to influence cross functional team and drive speed to impact

160000-276000

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
