We are searching for the best talent for a Director, Global Deliver Network Strategy! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, NJ; alternative locations may be considered in Zug, Switzerland; Beerse, Belgium; or Latina, Italy.
As the Director for Deliver Network Studies and Strategic Capacity Management, you will collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring that solutions are optimized and aligned with our global Supply Chain strategy. In this role, you will identify and drive ground-breaking change within our Deliver network, focusing on Free Cash Flow optimization and cost improvements. Furthermore, you will lead the establishment of a digital ecosystem that provides data-driven insights to support critical strategic decisions, empowering teams and improving our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement global Innovative Medicine Distribution Network strategies balancing resilience, efficiency, and agility, coordinating regional network studies, providing expert mentorship, and ensuring the effective deployment of global processes and capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Deliver, Value Chain, Network Strategy, Global Planning, and other key partners to drive end-to-end optimization and ensure well-rounded, data-driven solutions.
Act as Global Process Owner for Capacity Management , ensuring the best methodologies, and driving continuous improvement across regions.
Play a key role in network sourcing decisions by contributing to the Supply Chain Network Sourcing Council, ensuring Deliver’s impact is fully assessed in New Product Introductions, Technical Transfers, and broader network changes.
Act as the Process Owner for Product Strategy Assessment providing strategic Deliver input into the Value Stream process
Drive ground-breaking change initiatives that enhance network capabilities, improve Free Cash Flow, and optimize cost efficiency, with a focus on long-term strategic impact.
Ensure alignment with business strategies by integrating Deliver priorities into end-to-end network strategy and product portfolio management processes, including LRFP & BP strategic plans.
Proactively identify industry trends and emerging product portfolio needs, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve supply chain capabilities and distribution capacity.
Champion a culture of excellence and belonging ensuring safety, compliance, and alignment with our CREDO values while mentoring and developing talent within the organization.
Qualifications
Education
A minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Focus degree on Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred
Experience
Required
Extensive Supply Chain Experience : At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management in both operational and strategic roles in at least 2 areas of SC : Make, Deliver, Plan, Value Chain
Supply Chain Transformation Experience : Proven track record of leading network design or capacity transformation projects within complex supply chains, successfully optimizing supply chain networks or capacity to drive cost optimization
Data Modeling & Analytics Expertise : Demonstrated experience in using advanced data modeling, analytics, and optimization tools to solve complex supply chain challenges and drive data-driven decision-making
Cross-functional Leadership : Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, operations, logistics, finance) to craft and implement network strategies aligned with broader organizational goals.
Digital & Technological Proficiency : Strong familiarity with digital tools and technologies (e.g., supply chain optimization software, advanced analytics platforms, network modeling) that improve network design and decision-making processes
Global Perspective : Experience working in global environments, with a clear understanding of managing and optimizing networks across diverse geographical regions and varying market conditions
Complex Problem-Solving in Ambiguous Environments : Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity in complex, undefined supply chain problems. Strong problem-solving skills with a history of developing innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
Communication & Influencing : Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to present strategies to senior leadership and influence key partners across the organization

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
146,000.00 - 251,850.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
