The Associate Director, Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) – Immunology Px is responsible for generating, integrating and translating insights and analytics into growth opportunities that shape decisions and drive organizational action for the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) team focused on the Immunology franchise. This position will be the main point of contact for the Immunology PECS Marketing team, partnering with cross-functional partners within Strategy, Analytics, and Transformation (StAT) and PECS organization to identify opportunities to enhance Patient Experience. Specifically, they will lead market research and analytics efforts to assess and measure Px program effectiveness, while uncovering new insights to increase patient fulfillment and adherence.

The individual must have exceptional leadership skills, having demonstrated the ability to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and encourage smart risk-taking. This individual must have the tenacity and fortitude to pursue novel solutions and analytics that address the needs of patients who are considering and/or have been prescribed a JJIM therapy. This individual will be personally accountable for making Credo-based decisions and fostering a Credo-based culture. Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as SIA point for the Immunology Patient Experience Marketing Team

  • Integrate market research and analytical insights to build a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the market dynamics and unmet needs to shape and refine customer solutions for Immunology.

  • Accountable for comprehensive assessment of Px programs inclusive of perceptions, execution, advanced analytics, and impact metrics.

  • Ownership of Immunology Px SIA Learning Plan and Budget aligned to key business questions/issues and framing business problems into research plans.

  • Apply basic consulting skills, including consultative listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for impact.

  • Partner across the Strategic Insights and Analytics (SIA) team to integrate customer experiences insights across functional and therapeutics areas.

  • Stay abreast of emerging healthcare & pharmaceutical industry trends and assess their potential impact on our franchise business strategies. Act with speed, agility and accountability.

  • Cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships, adding value and insights for the organization; being insight driven to uncover important unmet needs.

  • Present complex issues in a clear and persuasive manner effectively communicating recommendations to cross functional teams and brand team.

  • Take personal accountability for making Credo-based decisions and fostering a Credo-based culture.

The position includes management of up to 3 direct reports and thus is responsible for Coaching, Development, Recruiting of future talent.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of related professional experience is required

  • Current or previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of pharma datasets, is required

  • A minimum of 1 year of people management experience is preferred in addition to a proven track record with talent development and empowering an accountable team.

  • General management mindset, business acumen, strategic thinking required.

  • Proven analytical skills and learning agility in order to coach and train colleagues across multiple functions required.

  • Strong ability to interpret data and make informed projections/assertions required with SQL/programming skills preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics required.

  • Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions required.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and define the problem with a disciplined approach to solving is required.

  • The ability to demonstrate leadership courage in order to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/ high value projects is critical.

  • This position can be located in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ and will require up to 25% travel to the non-base office location.

The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550 The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
