CRI 1, LLC Lead Teacher in Thorndale, Pennsylvania

As a Lead Teacher, you'll also have the opportunity to help navigate classroom Aides through their journey into the world of early childhood education with confidence and compassion.

Responsibilities As an Lead Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

  • Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
  • Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
  • Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum.
  • Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications (must have at least one of the following qualification levels)

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary or human services.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services and 1 year experience with children.
  • An associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary or human services and 2 years experience with children.
  • A minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services and 3 years experience with children.
