Aerotek Aviation is Seeking a skilled Aircraft Structures Technician to perform structural repairs on Corporate Aircraft at Teterboro, NJ Airport. Responsibilities include fabricating sheet metals to replace worn aircraft body parts, flight control surfaces, and conducting fuel cell and tank cleaning and restoration. You will also handle pylon and windshield replacements, ensuring strict dimension tolerances and compliance with FAA maintenance bulletins based on supplied engineering blueprints. Additional duties involve operating welding and brazing equipment, maintaining tools, and interpreting engineering blueprints and specifications for proper layout and assembly.

Qualifications:

• Aircraft sheet metal fabrication

• A&P license

• Corporate jet experience

• Arc welding

• Brazing

• Use of centering and riveting tools
