Robert Half is currently assisting a dynamic client based in Westchester County who is seeking a motivated, action-oriented individual for an Entry-Level Supply Chain Specialist role. This hybrid role presents an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the head of the department and to be integral in supporting the organization's Supply Chain projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting ongoing supply chain projects

• Follow up and coordinate with vendors

• Compile and analyze data, making critical decisions

• Flexibly handle an array of tasks to support the Purchasing Department

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables.

• Strong customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role.

• Knowledge of planning and coordinating transport operations.

• Familiarity with logistics and distribution management, including inventory control and warehousing a plus but not a must.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
