Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Associate Scientist, Molecular Biology in Tarrytown, New York

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist to join the Protein Expression Sciences Technology Development team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our library screening efforts for the discovery of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies.

As an Associate Scientist in Protein Expression Sciences, a typical day might include the following:

  • Conducting standard molecular biology techniques, including PCR, cloning, and DNA/RNA purification.

  • Designing and cloning DNA libraries.

  • Performing next-generation sequencing (NGS).

  • Maintaining and transfecting cell lines.

  • Documenting experimental methods, materials, and results in electronic laboratory notebook

  • Providing regular progress updates and presenting data at departmental meetings.

To be considered for this role, you must have a BS or MS in Biochemistry, Cell Biology or Molecular Biology with 0-3 years of experience.

Preference will be given to those with hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques such as DNA purification, PCR, and molecular cloning. Attention to detail, and strong communication and organizational skills are required. A collaborative and proactive mindset is essential for this role.

Salary Range (annually)

$90,700.00 - $148,100.00
