We are seeking a motivated Associate Scientist to join our Infectious Disease group. You will be responsible for carrying out experiments to support the discovery of antiviral therapeutics.

As an Associate Scientist, a typical day may include the following:

• Running assays including ELISAs, virus infection assays, and other in vitro assays

• Carrying out molecular experiments including cloning, PCR, and DNA extraction/purification

• Maintaining cell cultures

• Running flow cytometry

• Maintaining records of results and carrying out data analysis

• Providing updates and presenting your work to the broader team

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have at least a BS/MS and 0-2+ years of relevant experience in infectious disease, molecular biology or a related field. Must have experience with cell culture and basic in vitro lab techniques. Experience with PCR, cloning, and flow cytometry are preferred. Knowledge and experience with antiviral therapeutics is preferred.
