Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Associate Scientist, Formulations Development in Tarrytown, New York

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist to support various informatics platforms for Regeneron's Formulation Development Group in Tarrytown, NY. In this exciting role you will lead efforts that include development and implementation of a laboratory information management system (LIMS).

A Typical Day In The Role Might Look Like:

  • Lead efforts to prioritize development and implement features in LIMS that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with IT professionals and end-users to define business case, value stream, requirements, identify trends and gaps with existing processes, and continuously improve LIMS functionality that supports FDG laboratory workflows and data management requirements.

  • Conduct detailed testing of LIMS functionality prior to release, including completing test scripts and documenting results to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Build and maintain comprehensive standard process guidance documentation to ensure efficient and effective system usage for various FDG informatics platforms, including LIMS, ELN, and SDMS.

  • Serve as a data steward for FDG historical data, ensuring consistent data management and enablement from various informatics sources into a centralized database/ research data lake.

  • Aggregate, clean, and harmonize large data sets to enable robust data analytics and visualization.

To be considered for this role, we require a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field, with 0-3+ years of post-degree proven experience. Hands-on experience in general biologics product development including understanding formulation, process, and characterization fundamentals is desired.

Salary Range (annually)

$68,000.00 - $106,400.00
